Requirements
- A passion for cars and helping people
- Prior sales experience (automotive a plus—but we’ll train the right candidate)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Confidence, motivation, and a team-first attitude
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and guide them in selecting a new Subaru, Subaru Certified Pre-Owned or other Pre-Onwed vehicle
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend vehicles based on lifestyle and budget
- Deliver compelling vehicle presentations and test drive experiences
- Clearly explain features, options, and financing solutions
- Close sales with professionalism, transparency, and integrity—always in accordance with dealership policies and customer-first values.
- Maintain customer relationships through excellent follow-up and personalized service
- Keep current on Subaru inventory, new releases, and competitor offerings
- Contribute to a clean, organized showroom and professional sales environment
