Requirements
- One year of related sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Professional appearance and a positive, coachable attitude.
- Ambition and drive to excel with a desire to earn.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work Saturdays with a scheduled weekday off.
- Basic mathematical proficiency for calculating payments, percentages, and totals.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and assist with their vehicle purchase.
- Address customer concerns and take ownership to resolve issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members.
