TRAINING GUARANTEE

New hires will receive a $3,000 monthly training guarantee during the training period while learning our sales process, product knowledge, and customer experience standards.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required — we will train the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best vehicle solutions
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
• Build strong relationships with customers to earn referrals and repeat business
• Follow up with internet leads, phone calls, and showroom guests
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options
• Work closely with management and the finance department to finalize sales
• Deliver a first-class customer experience to every guest
