Sales Representatives are responsible for selling automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; developing and qualifying buyers and closing sales. This role involves greeting customers on the sales floor, determining their vehicle preferences, explaining features, demonstrating vehicle operation, suggesting optional equipment, and researching vehicle availability. The Sales Representative will consult with the Sales Manager to compute and quote sales prices, prepare necessary paperwork, and deliver new vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle's features, warranty, and paperwork. The position also requires maintaining a prospect development system, staying knowledgeable about new products, attending sales meetings and training, adhering to company policies, and meeting sales targets.
