Why this role This role sits at the centre of delivering large-scale transformation programmes for leading organisations across a range of asset‑intensive and operationally complex industries. As a Senior Manager, you will lead complex consulting engagements, manage senior client relationships, and oversee multidisciplinary teams delivering measurable impact across operational risk, operational excellence, and sustainability. You will play a critical role in ensuring delivery quality while supporting account growth and strengthening dss+’s presence across our priority markets. impact at dss+ You will lead the delivery of transformation programmes, partnering with clients to address complex operational and organisational challenges. You will oversee teams, manage delivery quality, and support clients in achieving sustainable improvements across safety, operational performance, and resilience.
