About The Position

CAPITAL Subaru of Greensboro dealership is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant who appreciates informed customers and enjoys representing a brand known for safety, innovation, and adventure. As a Subaru Automotive Sales Consultant, you’ll serve as a trusted product expert, helping customers confidently select vehicles that match their lifestyle, values, and needs. Subaru clients tend to be research-driven and product-savvy, so this role is ideal for someone who enjoys educating, consulting, and building long-term relationships. Understand customers' automotive needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery. Negotiate and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction Stay updated on the specifications, features, and benefits of the vehicles in the dealership Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the dealership. Participate in sales training programs to enhance selling skills Other duties assigned Automotive Sales Consultant Requirements: Experience as a Salesman or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry. Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. Basic computer skills for managing customer information and sales transactions. Valid driver's license. Requirements

Experience as a Salesman or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
