Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience (automotive sales preferred, but not required)
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in the showroom, providing a welcoming and professional first impression
- Understand customer needs through active listening and product knowledge to recommend the right vehicles
- Present, demonstrate, and explain vehicle features and benefits in a clear and engaging manner
- Negotiate pricing and terms in a professional, customer-focused way
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Stay informed on Subaru product updates, incentives, and competitive market trends
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Work collaboratively with the sales team, finance department, and management to achieve monthly goals
