Requirements

Must be available to work Saturdays (always closed on Sundays!).
21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving history.
Sales, customer service, or telemarketing experience is a major plus.
Superior service and follow-up skills, a process-driven mindset, and sharp typing skills.
Clear, professional verbal and written skills (Bilingual is a plus!).
High-energy, driven to hit goals, and always maintaining a professional look.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with high energy and guide them through their car-buying journey from start to finish.
Build and maintain expert knowledge of our vehicle lineup to match customers with their perfect vehicle.
Conduct informative, engaging vehicle walkthroughs and test drives to demonstrate key features and technology.
Actively follow up with inbound leads and past customers to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through consistent daily prospecting and proactive hustle.
Efficiently handle the behind-the-scenes work, including credit applications, paperwork, and customer CRM updates.
Assist with lot organization, administrative tasks, and other dealership needs to keep operations running smoothly.
