About The Position

Nucar Toyota of Norwood is looking to hire a full-time Automotive Sales Consultant / Auto Sales Representative. This role involves selling and leasing new and used vehicles, explaining features and benefits, and assisting customers with financing and leasing alternatives. The ideal candidate is ethical, honest, friendly, helpful, a good listener, and a problem solver who can meet and exceed sales targets for gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction. The position requires maintaining knowledge of vehicles and the automotive industry, following up with prospects, and ensuring customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Acceptable driving record
Basic computer skills
Ability to quickly learn and remember the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail auto sales
Ability to understand equity and values, as well as explain depreciation to customers
Sales ability
Customer-oriented
Professional in appearance and demeanor
Goal-oriented team player
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
