Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Eligible to obtain a VSA Salesperson Licence.
  • Valid BC Driver's Licence with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Must be available to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong work ethic with a high level of energy and motivation to succeed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and follow up consistently.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • This role requires successful candidates to submit a satisfactory Driver's Abstract.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a strong asset but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner, both in-store and through phone and online inquiries.
  • Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Toyota vehicle options.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives, showcasing Toyota's innovative safety features, technology, performance, and hybrid/electrified lineup.
  • Present pricing, financing options, and assist in structuring deals in collaboration with management.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent follow-up using CRM tools to manage leads and customer relationships.
  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless handover experience.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up to date on Toyota features, technology, electrification initiatives, and market trends.
  • Contribute to team success by maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
