About The Position

Friendship Automotive is seeking Business Development Coordinators (BDC) to join their team at Friendship Hyundai. This role involves assisting customers throughout their car buying experience by providing courteous and professional assistance to shoppers. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills via phone, email, text, and video messaging to help customers select vehicles, gather information, and arrange dealership visits. The typical workday involves significant phone interaction with vehicle shoppers, answering questions, and providing information, as well as utilizing email, texting, and video communications to support customer requests during their purchase consideration.
