Toyota of Santa Barbara is looking for a BDC Coordinator to be the driving force behind our sales pipeline. In this role, you're the first real connection a customer has with our dealership, and how you handle that connection determines whether it becomes an appointment and eventually a sale. We're not looking for someone who just logs calls and moves on. We want someone who treats every lead like it matters, follows through until it's either booked or truly dead, and keeps our sales team's calendar full of real opportunities.
