Automotive Sales Associate – Hyundai – High Volume Store
About The Position
Larson Hyundai is hiring Sales Associates for our high-volume dealership with consistent customer traffic and strong earning potential. This is a position for someone competitive, goal-oriented, and ready to put in consistent effort to build income and customer relationships. The role involves working directly with customers in-store, online, and over the phone, building relationships, guiding customers through the sales process, and following up consistently with leads and appointments. It also requires maintaining organized CRM activity and pipeline management, staying engaged throughout evenings and weekends, and delivering strong customer experiences that generate repeat business.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
- Effective communication skills
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Basic mathematical aptitude
- Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
- Clean driving record with valid driver license.
- Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
