About The Position

This role involves nurturing relationships to build clientele for life, exhibiting consultative selling skills, and assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through company leads (CRM), networking, referrals, and calls. Continuous development of product and sales acumen is essential to become the vehicle authority, understanding product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies. The role requires performing high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles, engaging in conversations with customers to find vehicles that meet their needs, and continuing to service customers before and after the sale. Following up with buyers to ensure successful referral business, learning to overcome objections, and thriving within sales situations are key. You will report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. Bringing your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work every day is expected.

Requirements

  • Sales experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
  • Experience with CRM (training available)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
  • Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve
  • Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
