About The Position

J.B.A. Chevrolet is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for assisting customers in finding the right vehicle and delivering a professional, welcoming buying experience. The position is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and earning based on performance. Training and support are provided, and prior car sales experience is not required. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Build lasting relationships with customers and create a positive buying experience
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening to their needs
  • Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles in a professional, engaging manner
  • Develop strong knowledge of Chevrolet products, features, packages, and technology
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
  • Learn to overcome objections and grow confidence in a sales environment
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to track goals, activity, and performance
  • Bring energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude to work every day

Benefits

  • $500 per week training pay for the first six weeks (for those without automotive sales experience)
  • $300 weekly draw (for those with previous sales experience)
  • Extremely competitive and tiered commission pay plan with a deal minimum of $125.00
