About The Position
We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing dealership team. We are looking for someone who is motivated, professional, reliable, and ready to sell. Automotive sales experience is preferred, and dealership experience is strongly encouraged. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven salesperson who understands customer service, follow-up, relationship building, and the fast-paced dealership environment.
Requirements
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work evenings, Saturdays, and a flexible schedule as needed
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Basic computer and CRM skills

- Dealership experience is strongly encouraged
Responsibilities
- Assist customers through the vehicle purchasing process from start to finish
- Build relationships with customers and generate repeat/referral business
- Follow up with leads, phone calls, internet inquiries, and showroom traffic
- Maintain product knowledge on current inventory and vehicle features
- Work closely with management and finance departments to ensure a smooth transaction process
- Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining professionalism and integrity
- Accurately complete required paperwork and CRM follow-up
