Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers with a professional and friendly approach to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Recommend vehicles based on customer lifestyle, budget, and driving needs.
  • Conduct engaging test drives to highlight vehicle features, technology, and performance.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle models, pricing, financing options, and current promotions.
  • Guide customers through the complete sales process, including trade-ins, financing, and paperwork.
  • Negotiate sales agreements with transparency and a customer-first mindset.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up communication and excellent service.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Attend training sessions and sales meetings to stay informed on industry trends and product updates.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals using effective sales and relationship-building techniques.
