Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for automobiles and a genuine interest in helping customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a professional and friendly approach to understand their needs and preferences.
- Recommend vehicles based on customer lifestyle, budget, and driving needs.
- Conduct engaging test drives to highlight vehicle features, technology, and performance.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle models, pricing, financing options, and current promotions.
- Guide customers through the complete sales process, including trade-ins, financing, and paperwork.
- Negotiate sales agreements with transparency and a customer-first mindset.
- Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up communication and excellent service.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Attend training sessions and sales meetings to stay informed on industry trends and product updates.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals using effective sales and relationship-building techniques.
