Pecheles Automotive's Sales Team is seeking driven individuals for a career opportunity as an Automotive Sales Associate. This full-time role offers an incredible, paid-training program, generous new hire bonuses, and a pay plan that rewards effort and hours worked. Requirements

Be driven, outgoing, and eager to learn new skills to meet & exceed sales goals
Commitment to excellent customer service, including ability to create & maintain customer relationships
Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays (5 days/week)
Excellent record for consistent attendance and punctuality
Maintain professional attire and appearance
Valid Driver’s License
Clean driving record
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

Responsibilities

Provide superior customer experiences by delivering professional, engaging, and knowledgeable vehicle presentations
Successfully demonstrate vehicle technology and features

Apply training to aid customers in vehicle selection and make recommendations
Accurately track and follow up with all leads, prospects, and tasks utilizing the company provided software and technology
Inspect inventory regularly and report concerns
