About The Position

Berlin City Nissan is seeking a customer-focused, results-oriented Automotive Sales professional to join our successful and passionate team! This role involves creating an exceptional buying experience for every customer, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and text, building relationships, and generating new leads. The associate will stay informed on product features and benefits, maintain manufacturer-specific training, and help customers find the right vehicle with a consultative approach while maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating. Continuous growth in skills and meeting performance goals are also key aspects of this position.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Must possess a valid driver's license and have a favorable motor vehicle record
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Authorized to work in the United States
