Requirements
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
- Retail sales, customer service, or commission sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication and people skills
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and professional
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Assist customers through the vehicle purchasing process from start to finish
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right vehicle options
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Explain vehicle features, technology, and benefits
- Present pricing, financing, and purchase options
- Follow up with customers to build repeat and referral business
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales experience
