This role is ideal for those who enjoy building relationships, learning new products, and assisting customers in finding the right vehicle. No prior automotive sales experience is necessary, as the company provides a hands-on training program and dedicated mentorship to equip new associates with the skills, confidence, and product knowledge for a rewarding career. During training, associates can earn significant income, with a job start bonus incentive that includes a generous cash bonus and the opportunity to earn up to $10,000 in the first 90 days. The company also offers a Career Path Program designed for professional growth and advancement into leadership roles in Sales Management, Finance & Insurance, and Administration.

  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits

  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget
  • Follow up with leads and prospects using company-provided CRM tools
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Meet and exceed sales and productivity goals
  • Maintain awareness of inventory and communicate any concerns
