Requirements

  • A TEAM PLAYER!
  • Proven track record of strong sales performance or strong desire to elarn
  • Motivated by income and career growth
  • Excellent communication and rapore building skills
  • Professional, driven, and competitive
  • Valid and insurable drivers license
  • Ability to work Saturdays and some evenings (required)

Responsibilities

  • Working showroom, phone, and internet leads
  • Demonstrating and presenting vehicles to customers
  • Building value in the company and vehicle
  • Explaining and delivering vehicles
  • Maintaining follow-up for repeat and referral business
  • Supporting leadership with mentoring and increasing sales volume
  • Developing management-level skills as part of your growth path
