The First 30 Days and Beyond You will be on the floor selling within 20 days First 30 days is spent skill building, gaining product knowledge and getting trained on our sales process. The next two months are spend refining sills and establishing discipline with daily tasks using our CRM By 90 days you are putting it all together with unit expectations on a rolling 3 months. Timing may vary based on skill level and previous automotive sales experience.

  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Ability to work Saturdays and some evenings (required)

Responsibilities

  • Working showroom, phone, and internet leads
  • Demonstrating and presenting vehicles to customers
  • Building value and negotiating deals
  • Closing and delivering vehicles
  • Maintaining follow-up for repeat and referral business
  • Supporting leadership with mentoring and increasing sales volume
  • Developing management-level skills as part of your growth path
