Automotive Repair General Manager
About The Position
Meineke is hiring an experienced automotive service manager to lead an automotive repair shop in Gilroy. The role requires knowledge of and sales experience with modern automotive systems, including brakes, electrical systems, suspension, and maintenance needs, along with experience supervising shop staff. The successful candidate will join an experienced automotive team focused on providing high-quality repair work and top-notch customer service. The position offers an annual salary of $80,000–$110,000, health insurance, paid time off, ongoing training opportunities, and flexible scheduling.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in an aftermarket or dealership service manager role.
- Knowledge of modern automotive systems, including brakes, electrical systems, suspension, and maintenance needs.
- Sales experience with automotive services.
- Experience supervising a shop staff.
Nice To Haves
- ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
