In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and preparing pre-owned vehicles for retail sales. Requirements
- Previous automotive technician experience preferred.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
- Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle systems.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive inspections on pre-owned vehicles.
- Complete maintenance services including oil changes, fluid services, filters, and tire rotations.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, steering, suspension, and brake system concerns.
- Perform manufacturer-recommended maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure vehicles meet dealership standards.
- Complete reconditioning work within established timeframes.
- Accurately document inspections, recommendations, and completed repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
