About The Position

MSX International is seeking an experienced, results-driven Program Manager to lead a geographically dispersed field team supporting a major automotive manufacturer. This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who inspires people, builds strong client relationships, and delivers solutions—not excuses—in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can set a daily operating rhythm, hold a team accountable, work effectively with a demanding client, and keep everyone focused on outcomes. Working closely with the analytics function, the Program Manager turns program data into clear direction for the team and communicates progress, risks, and results to both the client and MSX senior management. A strong emphasis is placed on establishing a disciplined operating rhythm and applying LEAN principles to make the team as efficient and effective as possible.
