Requirements
- The ability to be knowledgeable and savvy with technology, including Google Suite and video communication software, is a MUST to be successful in this position.
- Enthusiastic personality with high energy, eager to meet new people and challenges
- A growth mindset and a belief that failures are nothing more than learning opportunities
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (required)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Our training program teaches the Leta Way and sets you up for success regardless of your background.
Responsibilities
- Become a brand and product expert to highlight vehicle features and options while making product recommendations
- Assist guests in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Perform a professional presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles tailored around your guest’s wants and needs
- Develop lifelong relationships with customers and earn their repeat and referral business
- Take care of fellow team members by helping them achieve success

- Earning potential between $100,000-150,000 per year
- No late nights! We close at 6pm during the week and 5pm on Saturdays
