About The Position

Sneed Ford is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Product & Sales Specialist to join our team. With more than 800 inbound leads each month, we are looking for professionals who can communicate effectively, build relationships, and help customers find the vehicle that fits their needs. Our sales process is different from many dealerships. A large percentage of our customers schedule appointments before arriving, creating a more organized and efficient sales environment. We combine a high volume of customer opportunities with CRM technology, digital sales tools, and a strong online presence to help our Product & Sales Specialists succeed. Automotive sales experience is a plus, but it isn't required. If you have strong communication and customer service skills, are motivated to succeed, and are ready to learn, we provide training and support to help you build your automotive career.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport and communicate confidently with customers
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, email, text messaging, and other digital tools
• Willingness to learn vehicle features, technology, and product information
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work Monday–Saturday with one weekday off; Saturdays required
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers by listening to their needs and helping them select the correct vehicle
• Become a knowledgeable resource on new and pre-owned vehicles, available features, packages, and technology
• Communicate with customers professionally by phone, text, email, and in person
• Respond to inbound customer leads and scheduled appointments
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
• Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and existing customers
• Develop repeat and referral business by providing an excellent customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in the CRM
• Work with Sales Management to meet individual and dealership performance goals
