We're looking for a motivated Sales Professional to join our pre-owned vehicle sales team. You'll guide customers through the purchase process from first contact to final delivery, building the trust and long-term relationships that keep buyers coming back.
Requirements
- Prior automotive sales experience preferred; motivated newcomers will be considered
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers on the lot and in the showroom, understanding their needs and budget
- Present and demonstrate pre-owned vehicles to prospective buyers
- Guide customers through the full sales process, including trade-in appraisals and financing options
- Follow up with leads and past customers to drive repeat and referral business
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with the finance and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
