About The Position

As a Porter, you will transport company vehicles and parts and assist with other miscellaneous tasks or projects crucial for daily operations. The role pays from $15 per hour, based on experience, and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Requirements

Have a valid chauffeur’s license and an adequate driving record.
Be at least 21 years of age to drive company vehicles at Milford Proving Grounds.
Be a self-starter.
Be a reliable team player.
Be comfortable sitting for most of the time, as drivers primarily drive or ride inside vehicles.

Responsibilities

Transport vehicles to and from Lundstrom House at Milford Proving Ground.
Transport disposed vehicles to auction lots.
Transport vehicles to and from the Lansing CVO Office.
Drop off and pick up dealer repairs.
Lightly detail and gas up assigned vehicles.
Assist with vehicle exchanges.
Conduct inspections of turned-in vehicles.
Pick up ordered parts from various suppliers.
Assist with assigned driver fleet tab renewals.
