Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record (MVR) screening
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or automotive parts experience preferred
- Automotive dealership or automotive parts experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership inventory systems
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming parts shipments and verify quantities against packing slips
- Inspect shipments for accuracy and report any shortages or damaged merchandise
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Pull and stage parts for technicians and service advisors
- Deliver parts throughout the dealership as needed
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Properly label, store, and rotate inventory
- Assist with returns, warranty parts, and core processing
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and carts
- Work closely with the Parts and Service Departments to ensure efficient operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
