Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record (MVR) screening

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or automotive parts experience preferred
  • Automotive dealership or automotive parts experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership inventory systems

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming parts shipments and verify quantities against packing slips
  • Inspect shipments for accuracy and report any shortages or damaged merchandise
  • Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations
  • Pull and stage parts for technicians and service advisors
  • Deliver parts throughout the dealership as needed
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
  • Properly label, store, and rotate inventory
  • Assist with returns, warranty parts, and core processing
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and carts
  • Work closely with the Parts and Service Departments to ensure efficient operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
