Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive knowledge is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software
- Ability to lift and carry heavy parts as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock automotive parts and accessories
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper organization of parts
- Assist service technicians in obtaining the necessary parts for repairs
- Provide excellent customer service to customers inquiring about parts availability
- Process orders and manage returns effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
- Keep the parts department clean and organized
