About The Position

Are you passionate about trucks, Jeeps, off-road performance, wheels, tires, lift kits, and aftermarket accessories? 4 Wheel Parts (4WP) and Off Road Warehouse (ORW) are looking for energetic, customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team. Whether you have experience in aftermarket parts, automotive sales, dealerships, tire shops, powersports, or retail sales, we want to hear from you. You'll work directly with enthusiasts and everyday drivers, helping them find the right parts, accessories, and upgrades for their vehicles while building lasting customer relationships and growing your income.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, trucks, Jeeps, off-road vehicles, wheel and tire applications, or aftermarket products preferred
  • Continually meet or exceed monthly targets in labor, merchandise, and warranty sales percentages
  • Sales experience with strong customer engagement and relationship building skills
  • Proficiency in computer software, parts databases, and point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and team lift up to 100 lbs.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and clearly with both internal and external parties
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and work orders
  • Must be able to work scheduled store hours at the assigned location
  • Passion for trucks, Jeeps, off-road vehicles, or automotive customization preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates with retail sales, customer service, dealership, tire shop, powersports, or related experience are encouraged to apply. We provide training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers on the sales floor and build relationships to understand their vehicle needs and recommend the right aftermarket products.
  • Drive sales by utilizing suggestive selling techniques and product knowledge to promote and sell additional parts and services
  • Inform and assist customers with questions and inquiries while communicating monthly sales and promotions
  • Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business, referrals, and brand loyalty
  • Contribute to inventory control and shrinkage reduction by thoroughly organizing, monitoring, and displaying parts and products
  • Continuously improve product knowledge, sales skills, and operational efficiency
  • Understand and adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety, and environmental rules
  • Maintain store cleanliness and appearance to uphold a safe and secure work environment
  • Work with your team to provide excellent customer service
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals for merchandise, labor, and warranty products
