About The Position

Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships, a premier auto dealership with over 40 years of success in Pennsylvania and employing 1,200 individuals across 21 dealerships, is seeking an Automotive Parts Manager. This role is crucial for managing the parts department, ensuring efficient inventory, and supporting service operations for both warranty and customer pay jobs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Knowledge of dealership parts management
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Attention to details and strong organizational skills
  • Must have valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Forecast goals and objectives for the department
  • Ensure parts and accessories are stocked up and ordered when needed
  • Work with the service manager to ensure the turnaround of parts needed for warranty and customer pay jobs
  • Direct and schedule activities for parts department employee’s
  • Aid parts department employee’s
  • Consistently monitor and adjust parts inventory when needed
  • Must be able to understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that may affect parts sales
