About The Position

Brickell Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram (CDJR) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Parts Manager to lead their parts department. This role involves ensuring top-notch customer service, driving departmental success, and overseeing inventory, team leadership, sales growth, vendor relations, budget management, and compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Parts Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving results.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues promptly.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • A degree in automotive technology or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the ordering, stocking, and distribution of automotive parts to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize costs.
  • Manage and mentor the parts team, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes productivity and professional growth.
  • Ensure the highest level of service to our customers, both internal and external, by maintaining an efficient and well-organized parts department.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and profitability while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure the best pricing and product availability.
  • Prepare and manage the parts department’s budget, ensuring financial goals are met.
  • Ensure that all operations within the department comply with company policies and legal regulations.
