About The Position

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our expanding Fixed Operations leadership team. This opportunity is ideal for a proven service leader who wants long-term growth, strong support, and the ability to make a real impact within a high-performing dealership organization. As an Automotive Service Manager, you'll lead daily service operations while developing and coaching a high-performing team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement. You'll have the tools and leadership support needed to drive results.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of successful Automotive Service Management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and team performance
• Solid understanding of dealership operations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

• College degree preferred
• DealerTrack experience preferred
• Flexible availability to support service operations
