About The Position
Our dealership has an open position for an Auto Parts Counter person. Candidate must have a great attitude, be able to multitask during busy times and willing to be a part of a successful team.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent
- Prior parts experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to complete tasks while working independently
- Availability to work on Saturday
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
- Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customer
- Provide high level service to both internal and external customers
- Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock
- Insure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order
- Provide high level service to both internal and external customers
