Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist customers and service staff in identifying and locating the correct automotive parts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage parts stock levels.
- Process parts orders and returns efficiently using dealership systems.
- Provide excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely parts availability for repairs.
- Keep the parts counter and storage area organized and clean.
- Stay updated on new parts, products, and automotive technology.
