Responsibilities
- Review incoming requests, quickly source and order the right parts, and track deliveries to ensure nothing slows the workflow.
- Collaborate closely with technicians and service advisors, anticipating needs and resolving issues before they become problems.
- Communicate with vendors, manage inventory accurately, and handle returns and warranties professionally.
