About The Position

Dent Wizard is hiring a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician in Westbrook, Connecticut. No prior experience is required; the company provides six weeks of paid, hands-on and classroom training, including travel and lodging. Compensation begins at $21.00 per hour during training, then transitions to a phased combination of hourly pay and commission as technicians leave training and build a customer base. The role offers uncapped commission-based earning potential, with stated first-year potential of $50,000–$75,000 and long-term potential of $70,000–$150,000 or more. Technicians travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings on a variety of vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process. They review completed work with customers, walk vehicle lots, write work orders, seek approvals, and develop customer relationships while promoting services. The role involves working independently and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.

Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities
