Experienced Automotive PDR Technician
About The Position
Dent Wizard is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician. This role involves repairing minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard's proprietary PDR process. The technician will travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site, review completed work with customers, manage work orders, and negotiate approvals. The position offers uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to build strong customer relationships while promoting Dent Wizard's services. While experience is not required as comprehensive paid training is provided, candidates should possess strong communication and customer service skills, self-motivation, the ability to work independently and outdoors in various weather conditions, manual dexterity, and physical stamina.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
