About The Position

Xcite Automotive is seeking an experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician for our dealership partners in Pinellas Park, FL. This role is embedded directly in a dealership environment, where you will be responsible for maintaining OEM-level quality standards while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on PDR expertise, including hail repair and high-volume dealership work.
  • Ability to deliver OEM-level quality standards consistently.
  • Experience estimating repairs, documenting work, and collaborating with reconditioning teams.
  • Strong work ethic with ability to handle high volume while maintaining precision.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with managers, teammates, and dealership staff.
  • At least 3 years of professional PDR experience in dealership, reconditioning, or equivalent settings.
  • Demonstrated skill with PDR tools, glue pulling, and light reflection techniques.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Ability to work full-time, including weekends if dealership schedule requires.

Nice To Haves

  • Proven experience with hail damage repair, dent/crease removal, glue pulling, and light reflection techniques.
  • Prior work in dealership service or reconditioning departments.
  • Exposure to collision repair or body shop environments (without painting/refinishing), including damage assessment and repair estimates.
  • Experience supporting fleet, rental car, or auction vehicles.
  • Familiarity with PDR tools, estimating software (MobileTechRX, CCC, etc.), and dealership-level quality expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality paintless dent repair (PDR) on customer and inventory vehicles.
  • Repair door dings, creases, minor collision dents, and hail damage without the need for painting or refinishing.
  • Accurately assess vehicle damage and provide repair estimates.
  • Ensure all work meets dealership, OEM, and customer standards for safety and quality.
  • Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, hours billed, and parts/tools used.
  • Collaborate with service managers, detail technicians, and reconditioning team members to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround.
  • Adhere to dealership safety and compliance policies.
