About The Position
Dent Wizard is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician Trainee. This role offers comprehensive paid training for individuals with no prior experience, focusing on learning a specialized skill with unlimited earning potential. The position involves repairing minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process. Responsibilities include traveling to customer locations or assigned sites, reviewing completed work with customers, managing work orders, negotiating approvals, building customer relationships, and promoting services. Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process
- Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
- Build strong customer relationships and promote our services
