Requirements

• 3 plus years experience in Retail Automotive Accounting Office Manager
• Experience using CDK Global or other Dealership data management system (DMS) and payroll platform
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
• Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team

Nice To Haves

• Accounting degree
• Automotive dealership accounting experience

Responsibilities

• Manage Books and Records for a Retail Automotive Dealership
• Prepare and Submit Monthly Factory Financial Statement
• Payroll and HR oversight
• Supervise all General Ledger Accounting
• Review and Clean Accounting Schedules
• Evaluate Performance
• Other tasks and responsibilities
• Communicate, lead and train office staff
