About The Position

Office Admin is a full-time regular position responsible for processing and filing sales tax paperwork for all dealerships, posting and reconciling the factoring invoices and statements for all dealership. Reconcile month end schedules as assigned. Others duties as assigned by Office Manager and/or Controller.

Requirements

  • Automotive Experience Required
  • Strong knowledge of sales tax processes
  • Daily attendance is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Must be energetic, work well independently, strong reconciliation skills
  • Maintains professional appearance
  • Maintain current and precise records
  • Attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Dealertrack experience a plus
  • Automotive Accounting preferred
