We’re looking for an experienced Master Automotive Technician / Team Lead who can confidently diagnose complex vehicle issues, support fellow technicians, and help drive shop productivity while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Requirements

5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
ASE Certifications preferred (A1–A8 strongly preferred)
EPA Section 609 Certification required
State Inspection License (if applicable)
Leadership mentality with strong teamwork and communication skills
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair: Engine performance and driveability concerns, Brake systems, Steering and suspension systems, Electrical and computer systems, Air conditioning systems, General maintenance and repair items
Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs
Assist and mentor other technicians
Communicate repair recommendations clearly with customers and advisors
Maintain productivity, efficiency, and repair quality
Help keep the shop clean, safe, and organized
