About The Position

Kahlo CJDR, part of Asbury Automotive Group, is seeking an entry-level Quick Lube Automotive Technician to perform basic maintenance on customer vehicles. The role is hourly paid and calls for teamwork and the ability to repeatedly perform complex tasks. Technicians help provide a positive service experience and are expected to keep developing their technical knowledge.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have basic tools.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive technical school certifications are preferred.
• Previous experience is highly preferred.
• Apprenticeship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, tire balancing, and battery testing.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Accurately complete the multi-point inspection form for each vehicle.
• Use product and technical training assigned by the manufacturer and management.
• Ensure customer vehicles are returned in the same condition or better than when received.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training, programs, and schools.
• Continuously expand knowledge of new technologies and practices.
