About The Position
We are looking for a technician who is starting out, has some experience in quick lane service work at a dealership or a fast lube shop. Looking for an energetic, upbeat team member with a positive attitude and a desire to grow as a technician. The technicians we have on our team possess a strong passion for doing what's right for our guests. Christian Brothers Automotive in Maumelle is hiring a Fast Lane / Lube Tech / Tire Technician / GS General Service Technician to work with a great team and have the opportunity to grow and learn to become a Master Technician. If if you are a proficient lube and tire tech and want to grow as a technician, this is a great place to learn. Also, if you are just starting out but are able to do mechanical work or electrical troubleshooting I would love to visit with you as well. Requirements
- Current driver’s license with no DUI or Reckless Driving Infractions on your record.
- This is an entry level position.
- We prefer a high school or equivalent diploma.
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand-tools
- Drive manual transmission vehicles
- Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
- Efficiently navigate a computer

Responsibilities
- Primary role will be working in our Priority Service Bays with our Lead Priority Service Technician.
- Performing maintenance and repair services including but not limited to: oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, suspension alignments, comprehensive vehicle checks, and more.
- Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
- Complete full, accurate, and honest digital vehicle inspections.
- Ensure all preventive maintenance reports are complete and accurate.
- Comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA right-to-know.
- Assist in all housekeeping functions as needed/directed.
- Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate the conditions of a guest's vehicle.
- Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
