Requirements
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- An interest in automotive repair or maintenance
- Good attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.
Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive, mechanical, or maintenance experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Performing oil and filter changes
- Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
- Lubricating vehicle components as required
- Inspecting tires and checking tire pressure
- Inspecting and replacing basic maintenance items such as air filters, wiper blades, and bulbs
- Performing basic vehicle inspections and identifying potential maintenance or repair needs
- Following manufacturer recommendations and dealership procedures
- Maintaining accurate service records
- Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Assisting other technicians and the Service Department as needed
- Performing other duties as assigned
