The Lot Coordinator will serve as the liaison for all work between the dealership and All-Pro. This role involves inspecting vehicles to be repaired as they enter the dealership, maintaining a strong relationship with dealership management, and ensuring all billing is properly invoiced and submitted according to All-Pro Policy. The Lot Coordinator will also follow up with the dealership to ensure all invoices receive a RO, PO, and signature, and will research matters of communication with the dealership to resolve issues. Additionally, this role will assist and communicate with the transportation of cars, organize work to ensure it meets company standards and time requirements, and inspect and audit the front line to ensure standards and quality are maintained. The Lot Coordinator will also manage service drive sales, volume, and communication, communicate with the Area Manager (AM) on all issues occurring at locations, and partner with the AM on recruiting. This role is responsible for placing initial orders for supplies and materials and ensuring Key Control and other Risk Policies are adhered to daily. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Please note that the Lot Coordinator is not responsible for Performance Management, Discipline, Hiring, or Terminations.
